Though it has been vehemently opposed by Mr.Umesh K.Rao, learned counsel for the respondent in allowing the present petition, having being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filing in support of this petition, the delay of 56 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
