This petition has been filed to relax the condition no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21842 of 2022 on 13.09.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required.
