This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 44 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case against the order dated 10.04.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.589/2023 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Ariyalur Sessions Division, Ariyalur.
2. Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice of the respondent and he did not raise any serious objection. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
