This Court, while granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners dated 10.09.2025 in Crl.OP No.20886 of 2025 imposed the conditions that in para No.6 as follows: "Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakhs only) into the credit of Crime No.646 of 2025 before the concerned Magistrate within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on such deposit, the defacto complainant is permitted to withdraw the amount on filing undertaking affidavit and on production of proper identification and acknowledgement". 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that due to financial crunch, the petitioner finds very difficult to mobilise funds for depositing the sum of Rs.5,00,000/-, hence they could not comply the conditions as ordered by this Court.
