This writ petition is filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.08.2016. 2.Heard both sides.
3.It is specifically stated in the petitioner's representation that the claim of the petitioner is in existence for 40 years and that he paid tax to the residential property till date without any arrears.
4.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the authority concerned shall individually consider the case of the petitioner whether the petitioner is eligible in law and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.
