ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 03.03.2023 made in W.P.No.6663 of 2023.

2. Today when the contempt petition is taken up, Mr.M.Murali, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has submitted that, the orders of this Court has been complied with and in support of his contention, he has produced the copy of the proceedings issued by the 1st respondent/Tahsildar, Harur dated 09.10.2023, under which, the patta has been issued in the name of the petitioner. Having receipt of a copy of the said order, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also has expressed satisfaction that the orders of this Court has been complied with though belatedly.

3. In view of the said compliance, having recorded the same, this contempt petition is closed.
