VS 1 RAFI [ RESPONDENTS ] 2 T.KANNAN Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay all further proceedings in pursuance to the Judgment and Decree dated 21/11/2016 passed in MCOP.No.249 of 2015 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (District Judge) Krishnagiri (IN CMP.No.7579 of 2017) pending disposal of the above appeal (CMA.No.1426 of 2017).

Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.KRISHNAMOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.P.YUARAJ on behalf of the first respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner / appellant has submitted that the conditional order of stay passed this Court on 05.06.2017 has been complied with by the petitioner / appellant by depositing the amount as ordered.

2.In view of the above, the interim stay is made absolute and accordingly this petition is ordered.
