This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file the final report in Cr.No.25 of 2011 before the Judicial Magistrate, Omalur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.25/2011 has been completed and the Final Report is ready, but the police have not filed the Final Report before the Anti Land Grabbing Court on account of the stay that has been granted by the Supreme Court in respect of trial before the Anti-Land Grabbing Court.

4. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to file the Final Report before the regular jurisdictional Magistrate within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and they need not file before the Anti-Land Grabbing Special Magistrate. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
