This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to set aside the (ex parte) dismissal order in W.P.No.10737 of 2019 and to restore the same, which was dismissed for non prosecution on 15.06.2022

2. On being satisfied with the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.

Consequently, the Writ Petition in W.P.No.10737 of 2019 is restored.

3. Post the Writ Petition for final disposal during the third week of March 2023.
