Prayer : Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971 praying to issue process to the respondent and punish him for his willful violation of the order passed by this Hon'ble High Court in A.No.5015 of 2018 in O.P.No.530 of 2018 dated 06.06.2019.

O R D E R

In the above Contempt Petition, both the counsels have submitted that the orders of the Court dated 06.06.2019 are being obeyed to date. It was only on one occasion that the 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

OP.No.1696 of 2019 child was unwell and the child could not be produced before the Court. Taking note of the fact that all the orders are being complied with, there is no necessity to keep the contempt petition pending. It is needless to say that if there is any breach of the orders of this Court in future, it is open to the petitioner to initiate proceedings for Contempt.

2. It is further made clear that in the event of the father not being able to produce the child for weekly visits, advance information would be given to the mother.
