This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to dispense with the production of original impugned order of attachment passed by the 1st respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.No.423/2021/A3 dated 04.07.2023 and subsequent auction sale notice issued by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.1097 of 2013/A3 dated 04.01.2023 for the present.
