Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the First Respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 19.04.2023 and posted to the Respondent on 20.04.2023 and thereby to include the Bhajanai Madam under the control of HR & CE Department and to appoint executive officer in accordance with law.

Heard Ms. Gowri. N, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.K.Karthikeyan, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

According to the Petitioner, it had made a representation dated 19.04.2023 to the First Respondent to bring the Krishnaperumal Bajanai Madam under the control of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department of the Government of Tamil Nadu, but as it did not evoke any response, this Writ Petition had been filed.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that the Third Respondent by Proceedings in Order Naa. Ka. No. 2727/2023/A8 dated 04.11.2023 has disposed the said representation and its copy has been produced and Learned Counsel for the Petitioner also acknowledges its receipt in court today.

In view of the same, nothing remains for consideration in the Writ Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, it is not precluded from working out its rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
