This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners should report before the respondent police, once in a week, every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.9196 of in Crl.O.P.No.11246 of dated 03.07.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on alternative Saturday i.e., 1st and 3rd Saturday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. 12.09.2023 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
