ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. This is the third consecutive occasion on which there has been no representation for the petitioner. Earlier, this Court had granted interim anticipatory bail with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police and give a statement. However, the petitioner has not complied with the said condition.

GBI 2.In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner is deliberately avoiding compliance with the interim anticipatory bail granted by this Court. As there is a violation of the bail condition imposed by this Court, this Court is not inclined to extend the interim bail, and the interim bail stands cancelled.
