ORDER
This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide with police protection to the petitioner to harvest the sugar cane crops planted in S.F.No.274/1 at E.Nallagoundampalayam Village, Paramathi Velur Taluk, Namakkal District.
2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner gave a representation to the respondents with regard to give police protection to the petitioner to harvest the sugar cane crops planted in his property, the same has not been considered so far. Hence, the present petition has been filed.
3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 30.09.2022 is available with the third respondent and they are ready to consider the petitioner's representation. 4.Recording the same, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.09.2022, on merits and take suitable action in accordance with law, within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
