CRIME NO.274 OF 2021.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on 26.10.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19847/2021 in Cr.No.274/2021, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders on the file of the respondent police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.BALA SUBRAMANIAM, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19847 of 2021 on 26.10.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified that, till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once at 10.30 a.m until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
