2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, who has received a copy of the aforesaid order in the Court upon instructions, states that nothing further survives in the writ petition. Recording the same and in the light of the aforesaid order, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions is also closed. No costs.
