This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to issue Non-Traceable Certificate based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 22.03.2023 and the subsequent representation dated 10.08.2023. 1/4

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint is pending before the respondent police.

3.In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to deal with the complaint/representation given by the petitioner in line with the Circular Memorandum in RC.No.2029209/General.1 (1)/2022 dated 01.04.2022 and take a decision, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
