This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate the above Crime No.13 of 2022 and to file a final report within a stipulated time.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.13 of 2022 on 02.04.2022, no final report has been filed till date. Hence, the present petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, respondent has registered the FIR in Crime No.13 of 2022, in which the investigation is under progress. Hence, he seeks three months time to file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4. Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
