These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to condone the delay of 2674 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant and to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant and to bring on record the petitioners 1 to 5 as the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant in the above Second Appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, the same are allowed.
