The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465, 468 and 471 of IPC in Crime No.Not known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that on the complaint lodged by the de-facto complainant, enquiry has been conducted in Current Paper No.332 of 2022 and the same has been closed.
