This petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of the certified copy of D.V.C.No. 18 of 2022 on the file of XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet.

2. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioner would submit that he has filed CA application before the court below for dates and events diary extract, but due to inevitable delay, the petitioner unable to receive the same. Hence, he filed the present petition praying to dispense with the production of the same.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise found to be in order.
