Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to forthwith survey and to fix the boundaries of the land in Survey No. 571/2018 at No.73 Selai Village, Tiruvallur District measuring to an extent of 1005 Sq Meters by considering the petitioner representation dated 27.09.2021 within a stipulated time.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to forthwith survey and to fix the boundaries of the land in Survey No. 571/2018 at No.73 Selai https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Village, Tiruvallur District measuring to an extent of 1005 Sq Meters by considering the petitioners' representation dated 27.09.2021 within a stipulated time.

2.Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 27.09.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioners, adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
