ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the fourth respondent to furnish the records as per the proceedings dated 30.01.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner lodged a complaint against the sixth respondent, who is working in the fifth respondent school as Economics teacher, before the educational authorities. However, there was no action on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and as such once again the petitioner lodged a complaint before the appropriate authorities. Thereafter, the petitioner sought for an information under Right to Information Act, 2005 about the action taken by the educational

authorities as against the sixth respondent. On receipt of the same, the second respondent directed the fourth respondent to furnish the required details to the petitioner. The fourth respondent, by a communication dated 16.12.2022, recorded the same and agreed to provide information as sought for by the petitioner.

4. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that the second respondent, by a communication dated 05.09.2023, furnished all the information as sought for by the petitioner through Registered Post. However, it was returned as "No Such Person".

5. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the second respondent within a period of two weeks and on his apperance, the second respondent is directed to furnish the informations which were sent by registered post.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
