The petition has been filed to relax the condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first working day of every month at 10.30 am imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6336 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.9297 of 2023 vide its order dated 12.04.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offence involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
