2. The administration of Kalaimagal sabha is now subjudiced before the Division Bench of this Court. The Division Bench is monitoring the affairs of the Kalaimagal Sabha, and therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue his remedy with the pending matters before the Division Bench.
