It is submitted that the sole appellant in the appeal died. 2.C.M.P.No.21367 of 2021 is filed to substitute the proposed respondents 2 to 6 as legal heirs.

3.Mr.S.Giritharan, leaned counsel appearing for the respondents submit that he has no objection in ordering the petition.

4.Perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the reasons, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 5.Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment. 6.Mr.S.Giritharan, learned counsel submits that they have already filed Vakalath for the impleading respondents 2 to 6 in the Second Appeal.
