Petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent police to comply the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arcot in C.M.P.No.2008 of 2021 dated 19.04.2022 and to direct the respondent police to conduct the fresh investigation after registration of FIR in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) today furnished the copy of the FIR registered by the respondent police in Crime No.592 of 2023 dated 25.11.2023 against four persons for the offence under Sections 420 and 506(1) of IPC.

3. In view of the registration of FIR, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction that the Investigating Officer shall conduct investigation in accordance with law and file a final report as expeditiously as possible not later than four months from today. 27.11.2023 Index : Yes/No Sma 2/4
