Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent herein to dispose of the claim petitions bearing Na.Ka.No.5267/2013/U5 at the earliest within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the first respondent herein to dispose of the claim petitions bearing Na.Ka.No.5267/2013/U5 at the earliest within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioners' lands comprised in SF.No.147 admeasuring 51.55 cents together with 6056 sq.ft. of built up area and 621 running feet of compound wall, SF.No.163/2 admeasuring 96 cents and 22.225 cents along with 1222 sq.ft. of built up area and 450 running feet of compound wall were acquired for widening National Highways 47 by the second respondent under the National Highways Act, 1956. The second respondent had fixed compensation at Rs.43,32,982/- in respect of the land and building comprised in SF.No.147 dated 12.08.2011 and a sum of Rs.12,03,118/- fixed for land and building comprised in SF.No.163/2 vide award dated 28.10.2011. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioners filed application before the first respondent as Arbitrator for enhancement of compensation and it is still pending without dispose of the same.

3. Considering the above, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the claim petition bearing Na.Ka.No.5267/2013/U5 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
