This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 28 days in filing the above CRP.SR.No.116151 of 2019.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition.
3.I have also heard the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, who, on instructions, would submits that, since the delay is very minimal, it can be condoned.
4.In view of the said position, since the delay is very minimal and both the counsels have been heard and the learned counsel for the respondent fairly submitted that, the delay can be condoned, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.
5.Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to number the CRP, if the papers are otherwise in order.
