O R D E R
(Delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH,J) Instant Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to produce the body of the petitioner's husband Ganapathy, S/o. Kalimuthu, aged about 26 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.
2. Heard Mr.D.Magesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Prathap Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Prathap Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has filed a status report, dated 20/1/2020, filed by the Inspector of Police, Kanjanur Circle, Villupuram District, in pursuant to the case registered in Anandapuram PS Crime No.65 of 2019 for "man missing"

4. In this case, investigation has been made and would reveal that the detenue has left, in view of the dispute between the petitioner and the detenue. He also stated to be suspecting the character of the petitioner. As the investigation is still continuing, we direct the respondent to proceed further to trace the detenue.
5. With the above direction, instant Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
