ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 18.02.2016 and to investigate the same. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent police on 14.02.2016 and 18.02.2016, but the respondent has not shown any interest to enquire the matter and register the case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the dispute is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

between the brothers in respect of ancestral property and after giving the complaint, the petitioner himself appeared and submitted that the matter has been compromised between the brothers at the intervention of the relatives. Hence, he is not pressing the complaint and on that basis, it was closed. He also produced the file for perusal of the Court. 4.Considering the rival submissions made on both sides and on perusal of the complaint, I am of the view that the dispute is between the brothers in respect of the ancestral properties after the death of the father and after giving complaint, the complainant himself has given letter stating not to pursue the matter further and on that basis it was closed. 5.Hence, recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
