ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in the order dated 08.09.2017 passed by the

learned Principal Sessions Judge at Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.13515/2017.

2.Owing to some medical ailment, the earlier order directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. could not be complied with by the petitioner. I am of the view that the petitioner's presence may be necessary atleast for a week's time before the respondent Police. Hence, the order in Clause 9 (3) of Crl MP.No.13515 of 2017 dated 08.09.2017 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police at 6.00 p.m. for a period of one week commencing from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and thereafter as and when required.
