[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant one day emergency leave with escort to the petitioner's father viz., Mari (CT.No.7427), who is now confined in the Central Prison-I, Puzhal, Chennai.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that one day emergency leave has been granted with escort to the convict prisoner viz., Mani, S/o.Murugesan (CT.No.7427) to visit his native village.
