PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the 1st respondent to alter the FIR by including Section 307 of IPC and take steps to secure 2nd to 9th respondents based on FIR No. 907/13 dated 01.12.2013 within the time stipulated by this Court.

The prayer sought for in this petition is to direct the 1st respondent to alter the FIR by including Section 307 of IPC and take steps to secure 2nd to 9th respondents based on FIR No. 907/13 dated 01.12.2013 within the stipulated time.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, Mr.P.Govindarajan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the petitioner's complaint on the FIR in Crime No. 907 of 2013 has been charge sheeted and taken on file in P.R.C. No. 14 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruttani.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous and accordingly closed.
