The conditional order passed by this Court dated 29.09.2023 has been complied by the respondents, pursuant to execution of the warrant by the learned Advocate Commissioner.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant therefore submits that this application may be closed with liberty to approach, as the vehicle has also been returned back to the respondents.

3. Recording the same, this application is directed to be closed. The learned Advocate commissioner has filed a physical copy of the report dated 21.12.2023 and has given the details of the steps taken for executing the warrant. He has also requested for an additional remuneration for the work done to execute the warrant.

4. Considering the fact that the learned Advocate Commissioner has went to Orrisa to execute the warrant and he has also spent five days in Orrisa. The applicant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- over and above already paid.

5. This application stands closed with the above observations. 08.01.2024 jas
