These applications have been filed to implead the Inspector of Police, Kondalampatti Police Station, Sankari Taluk, Salem District as party to the appeal and for a direction to the police to give police protection.

2. I have gone through the papers. I find that the proposed party namely Inspector of Police, Kondalampatti Police Station, Sankari Taluk, Salem District is neither necessary nor a proper party to this appeal. Hence, both the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.

3. Second Appeal is directed to be listed on 29.03.2023.
