(CR.NO.532/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of reporting before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m until further orders as imposed by this Hon`ble Court by an order dated 26.10.2021 passed n Crl.O.P.No.19927 of 2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.GOVI GANESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19927 of 2021 on 26.10.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Friday at 10.30.a.m., for interrogation on receipt of summons.
