C.SARAVANAN, J.

The learned counsel for the applicant confirms that the learned Advocate Commissioner has executed the warrant and has repossessed the vehicle and handed over the same to the applicant. The learned Advocate Commissioner has also filed an report dated 27.02.2024. Same is taken on record. The learned Advocate Commissioner has also prays for an additional remuneration.

2. Considering the same, an additional remuneration of Rs.30,000/- is directed to be paid to the learned Advocate Commissioner.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the arbitral proceedings has been initiated.

4. It is made clear that the seized vehicle shall not be sold or alienated or transferred to a third party without permission of the learned Arbitrator under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

5. This Arbitration Application stands closed with the above observations.
