In the present case, the learned Advocate Commissioner was appointed by this Court vide order dated 29.09.2023 to seize and handover the subject vehicle to the applicant.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that as directed by this Court, the applicant had paid the initial remuneration to the learned Advocate Commissioner.

3. Further he would submit that before taking the steps to seize the vehicle, the dispute between the applicant and the respondent has been settled amicably and hence, he seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this petition.

4. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to dismiss this application as withdrawn.

5. Accordingly, recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
