Prayer: This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.01 of 2019 on the file of the II Additional District Court at Pondicherry. For Petitioner : Mr.D. Senthil Kumar 1/4

ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.01 of 2019 on the file of the II Additional District Court at Pondicherry.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the first respondent herein has filed a suit in O.S.No. 01 of 2019 for partition and permanent injunction against the defendants and the same is pending till date without any progress Hence, this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the learned Judge Court below was simply giving adjournments without any valid reasons, due to which the said suit is pending, which causes much inconvenience to him. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.

4. On a perusal of the Court Adjudication Sheet it is seen that the suit was adjourned for filing written statement by the defendants. Hence, this Court is of the view that when the matter is posted for filing written statement, a prayer for early disposal does not arise. However, the learned 2/4

Judge is directed to dispose the suit as expeditiously as possible in the manner known to law.

5. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
