Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in Letter No.7350/M/ 2000-9, dated 20.03.2001, quash the same and direct the first respondent to grant exemption from Rule 37(3) of Tamilnadu Societies Registration Rules, 1978 to the petitioner and permit the petitioner to file appeal challenging the order removing the petitioner's name from the register of the third respondent.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in Letter No.7350/M/ 2000-9, dated 20.03.2001, quash the same and direct the first respondent to grant exemption from Rule 37(3) of Tamilnadu Societies Registration Rules, 1978 to the petitioner and permit the petitioner to file appeal challenging the order removing the petitioner's name from the register of the third respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

3. In view of the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No order as to costs.
