This petition is filed to condone the delay of 85 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Though notice has been served on the respondents 2 & 3 and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation for them either in person or through counsel.

3.Mr.S.P.Yuaraj, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that he has no objection for condoning the delay.

4.In view of the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent, the delay of 85 days is condoned and this C.M.P. is ordered.
