ORDER

The present petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.37 of 2019. Now, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that, already, charge-sheet has been filed on 16.10.2024 itself and the Court below also had taken the case on file in C.C.No.2294 of 2024. In these circumstances, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous, but however, the petitioner is at liberty to take all his defences before the pending case in C.C.No.2294 of 2024. Consequently, Crl.M.P. is closed.
