This application has been filed for an Order of interim injunction restraining the second respondent/4th respondent from disbursing to the first respondent or his men payable by the second respondent to the 1st respondent payment to an extent of Rs.40,49,32,514/- pending disposal of the suit.

2. A perusal of records, it is seen that interim Order granted by this Court is extended until further Orders.

3. With the consent of Mrs.Chitra Sampath, learned Senior Counsel for the applicant, Mr.M.S.Krishnan, learned Senior Counsel for the first respondent and Mr.V.Viswanathan, Standing Counsel for the second respondent, application is closed.
