When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case in S.T.C.No.4284 of 2022 pending on the file of the Fast Track Court Magistrate No.V, Saidapet, Chennai has been ended in acquittal on 04.10.2023 and nothing survives in this petition.

2. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
