This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 174 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the order dated 30.12.2022 in Spl.S.C.No.12/2021 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Villupuram.

2. Mr.S.Sugendran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice of the respondents 1 & 2 and he did not raise any serious objection. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
