ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent herein to take action based on the proceedings in Oo.Mu.C1/E-765672/26023/ 2023 of the 1st respondent dated 10.04.2023 pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2023.

2. It is the grievance of the writ petitioner that her husband died due to the attack by the policemen. Despite the registration of the FIR in Cr.No.648 of 2021, no action has been taken. Hence, seeks a direction to the second respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2023, which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. This Court is of the view that if at all the investigation is not carried on properly, the petitioner has the liberty to challenge the same in the appropriate manner and even she can proceed by way of a private complaint not by way of this writ petition that too filing in Service Jurisdiction.

4. Accordingly, I do not find any merits in the case and the writ petition 2/4

stands dismissed. No costs.
