COMMON ORDER The petitioners who were the employees of the Respondent Corporation have filed the Writ Petitions, seeking direction to the Respondents to disburse the retirement benefits, consequent to their retirement of superannuation.

2. There is no quarrel about the eligibility of the petitioners to get the terminal benefits including pension. However, Ms.A.Bharathi, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners are given with pension, but their other terminal benefits were not settled.

3. Ms.N.Devi, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents submitted that the terminal benefits have also been settled during the pendency of this Writ Petition.

4. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he did not get any such instruction from the petitioners. The learned counsel for the Respondents also did not produce any material, showing the disbursement of terminal benefits to the petitioners.

5. Hence, the Writ Petitions are disposed of, by directing the Respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners, dated 10.10.2021, 16.09.2021, 10.10.2021, 10.11.2021, 29.11.2021, 10.10.2021, 10.10.2021 respectively and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law for grant of terminal benefits, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the terminal benefits have already been settled to the petitioners as stated by the counsel for the Respondents, the above direction can be ignored.
