Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.22351, 22397, 22401 & 22402 of 2022 on 27.09.2022 and the petition for anticipatory bail has become infructuous.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
